Privacy Policy

This policy covers youngethicalintelligence.com, operated by Young Ethical Intelligence, Inc.(“we”, “us”). It describes the website only. It does not cover URIEL, which is under active development and will carry its own governance documentation before any user data is processed.

What we collect

Information you send us

If you complete the inquiry form, we receive what you submit: your name, organisation, title, work email, country, inquiry type, your message, and optionally your telephone number and organisation size. We receive this because you chose to send it.

Information collected automatically

Our web server keeps standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user-agent), as effectively all web servers do. We use a truncated form of the IP address to rate-limit the inquiry form, which is what prevents automated abuse.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers or pixels. None.
• No analytics cookies. At the time of writing, this site runs no analytics at all. If privacy-respecting analytics are introduced later, this policy will be updated first, and any tool requiring consent will not run before consent is given.
• No third-party fonts or embeds. Typefaces are served from our own origin, so no font vendor sees your visit.
• No sale or rental of personal information. Ever.
• No automated marketing sequences. An inquiry is read by a person; it does not enrol you in anything.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. Because there is no non-essential storage, there is no consent banner — asking your permission for nothing would be theatre.

Why we process your information

To read, route, and respond to your inquiry, and to keep the site secure and available. For visitors in the UK and EEA, the lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a professional inquiry you initiated and in protecting our infrastructure.

What you should not send us

Please do not submit medical records, protected health information, privileged legal content, investment account information, passwords or credentials, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data. This form is not a secure channel for that material, and we do not need it to begin a conversation. If you send such material unprompted, we will delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with service providers that host or transmit this site and its inquiries, and only to the extent required to operate it; with professional advisers under confidentiality obligations, where an inquiry requires it; and where we are legally required to.

Retention

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business relationship, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. Rate-limiting records are transient and expire within the hour.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to request a copy of it. Exercise any of these by writing to legal@youngethicalintelligence.com. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not process it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and information you send us is processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to the United States.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, applies security headers, validates every submission on the server, and rate-limits the inquiry form. No system is perfectly secure, which is exactly why the guidance above about sensitive material matters.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the “last updated” date above changes with it.
